What the job really is

In this role as a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) at GuideStar Eldercare, you will provide neurobehavioral health services to elderly residents in long-term care facilities. You will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure holistic care for individuals with neurocognitive disorders and other psychiatric conditions, while managing your time effectively and functioning autonomously with support from a regional Area Manager.
