What the job really is

The Process Lead at Gopuff will oversee the Pack and Receive and Kitchen teams, ensuring order accuracy and efficient delivery. This role involves coaching team members, managing daily operations, troubleshooting issues, and supporting associates during shifts. The Process Lead will also be responsible for training new hires and executing various site-specific projects to enhance operational efficiency.
