What the job really is

As a Solar Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing residential solar, storage, and off-grid systems. Your day-to-day tasks will include responding to service calls, climbing roofs to work on solar panels, delivering excellent customer service, and managing paperwork related to service calls. You will also communicate your findings to homeowners and identify upsell opportunities during your visits.
