What the job really is

As an OSS Telemetry Observability Engineer at E-Space, you will be responsible for monitoring and escalating real-time network or infrastructure issues that may impact customers. You will work closely with the core engineering team to maintain and improve the OSS network, providing technical support and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of the telecom network according to agreed KPIs and SLAs.
