As a Lead in the Payments pod at CRED, you will be responsible for the end-to-end strategy, growth, and P&L of high-frequency transactional payment categories. Your focus will be on scaling active transacting members and creating habit-forming, low-friction payment flows that enhance member retention. Collaboration with product, engineering, compliance, and external partners will be key to defining and executing the future roadmap for this category.
