People Operations & Solutions Lead

As the Global People Operations & Workday Governance Lead at Contentsquare, you will shape and enhance the People function by driving global governance and aligning People processes. Your role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to manage Workday strategy, improve automation, and ensure data integrity for People data. You will also lead cross-functional projects, oversee major People cycles, and influence the future direction of People technology within the organization.
