  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability and experience to create, troubleshoot, and optimize complex Excel formulas.
  • Knowledge of general shop procedures and industrial technical experience helpful.
  • Read, write, speak and understand the English language.
What the job really is

The Production Labor Factor Analyst role involves providing detailed analysis of labor factors within the production department. This includes reporting on labor factor actuals versus projections, identifying trends, and collaborating with various departments to enhance production efficiency. The analyst will also be responsible for auditing work instruction standards and assisting with the industrialization process to determine labor factor hours.
