What the job really is

The Maintenance Assistant will support the Maintenance/Facility Supervisor by ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of the facility. Daily tasks include performing preventative and corrective maintenance, handling materials, and maintaining the grounds. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently while following safety protocols.
