What they actually want (must-haves)

DEC in visual arts, fashion design, clothing making, millinery or equivalent
8 to 10 years of experience in millinery, sewing, plastic arts or equivalent
Mastery of different millinery techniques
Ability to work in 3 dimensions with dexterity and speed
Ability to perform work requiring physical effort with meticulousness and precision
Fluency in French and English, both oral and written

Nice to have

Knowledge of SAP, Gérico, ADN and Cosmos; Optitex an asset
Ability to adapt to unexpected situations and work in a team
Ability to work with hazardous materials or non-traditional tools
