Resident Relations Associate (Residential)

The Resident Relations Associate at CIM Group is responsible for ensuring smooth property operations by addressing maintenance issues, leasing, finance, and overall customer satisfaction. This role serves as a liaison between residents and the maintenance team, focusing on enhancing resident experiences and retention.
