Founder's Associate - Tokyo, JP

As a Founder's Associate, you will serve as the operational anchor for CIC's Founder and Executive Chair, managing their calendar, inbox, and international travel while ensuring commitments and relationships are maintained. This role blends traditional executive assistance with strategic responsibilities, requiring you to research opportunities, support podcast operations, and utilize AI to enhance efficiency. You will work closely with Tim, adapting to his needs and the dynamic nature of his schedule.
