Staff Project Engineer (Mechanical & Civil)

As a Staff Project Engineer at Charm, you will lead the development and integration of production facilities, transforming equipment concepts into fully operational industrial sites. Your role involves collaborating with various engineering disciplines and stakeholders to ensure that projects are safe, maintainable, and scalable, while managing aspects such as equipment layout, site infrastructure, and contractor coordination.
