Repair Technician

As a Repair Technician at Bone Dry Roofing, you will be responsible for evaluating roofing systems, identifying damage, recommending solutions, and performing repairs. This field-based role requires daily travel to job sites, physical labor including lifting materials, and working in various weather conditions. You will also interact with homeowners, ensuring high-quality service and safety standards are met.

• Compensation base equivalent of $36k for first 2-4 weeks, upon training 100% commission with annual earnings potential range of $60k to over $100k
