Field Supervisor

As a Field Supervisor at Bone Dry Roofing, you will manage daily field operations for residential roofing projects, ensuring they meet company standards. Your responsibilities include overseeing roofing crews, coordinating jobsite activities, and maintaining communication with homeowners. This role requires strong leadership and customer service skills, as you will be expected to motivate teams and uphold safety and quality throughout the roofing process.

• Compensation base equivalent of $36k for first 2-4 weeks, upon training 100% commission with annual earnings potential range of $60k to over $100k

• On-site position with local travel required
• Regular schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with overtime as needed
