What the job really is

As a Site Reliability Engineer at BlueCat, you will focus on making the AI agent platform production-ready by operating, automating, and hardening systems. Your responsibilities will include managing Kubernetes clusters, supporting AWS AgentCore systems, building CI/CD pipelines, and implementing observability systems.
