As a Fractional HR & Talent Advisor at Bloom, you will work 2-3 days a week as a contract partner for clients, helping to build and implement effective people systems for small to mid-sized companies. Your role will involve both strategic planning and hands-on execution, including leadership coaching, HR advisory, and recruitment support, all while fostering inclusive workplace cultures. This position is remote-first, with occasional onsite client visits in Ontario.
