As a Coding Quality Assurance (QA) Manager, you will lead a team of QA Specialists to ensure coding accuracy and compliance in healthcare documentation. Your responsibilities will include developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining audit readiness by evaluating documentation from internal and external partners. This role emphasizes mentoring and improving compliance standards within a remote work environment.
