Acitivity Coordinator (Cantonese/Mandarin)

The Activity Coordinator at Asian Health Services is responsible for developing and implementing a therapeutic recreation program for PACE participants. This role involves conducting assessments and care planning, as well as coordinating recreational activities tailored to the needs of elderly participants. The coordinator works as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for seniors.
