The Personal Care Assistant (PCA) will be part of the PACE Interdisciplinary Team, responsible for delivering personal care services according to each participant's care plan. The role involves assisting with various tasks as assigned by management, contributing to the overall well-being of low-income seniors in a culturally competent care environment.
