Geriatric Services Manager - Cantonese/Mandarin (MSW)

The Geriatric Services Manager will lead social work services within the PACE program, focusing on helping older adults stay safe and connected to care. Responsibilities include conducting psychosocial assessments, care planning, and supervising Geriatric Services Specialists, while ensuring culturally responsive care across various settings such as home and community. This role is integral to the interdisciplinary team, coordinating comprehensive support for low-income seniors.
