Senior Maintenance Technician - Dallas, TX

The Senior Maintenance Technician at Action Property Management is responsible for maintaining and repairing common property systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, responding to property emergencies, and conducting routine inspections. The technician will also assist with in-unit maintenance tasks and ensure excellent customer service while working both independently and as part of a team.
