Sr Mgr, Returns & Operations

The Senior Manager, Returns & Operations at Zoro.com will oversee the entire post-delivery operations process, including returns, replacements, and warranty claims. This role involves developing operational strategies, managing vendor relationships, and leading cross-functional initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The manager will also focus on improving processes through automation and Lean methodologies while mentoring employees and establishing performance metrics.
