  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, finance systems, business systems analysis, data/analytics, or enterprise applications
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, including data pipelines, semantic models, reporting datasets, dashboards, or related analytics capabilities
  • Experience supporting FP&A, corporate planning, Finance, or Accounting processes
  • Understanding of FP&A processes including annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, actuals, variance analysis, and management reporting
  • Ability to convert business needs into product requirements, user stories, workflows, and prioritized roadmaps

  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric components such as OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, data pipelines, semantic models, and Power BI
  • Experience integrating SAP, Salesforce, Workday, billing, or other financial and operational source systems
  • Experience supporting SaaS planning metrics, including ARR, bookings, revenue, retention, headcount, operating expenses, and margin
  • Familiarity with financial controls, SOX-sensitive processes, and audit or reconciliation requirements
  • Knowledge of SQL, DAX, Power Query, dimensional modeling, or data transformation concepts
