Business Process Manager

The Business Process Manager at Zip will focus on improving business processes by connecting them with risk, data, and technology. This role involves mapping processes, creating a structured repository of process information, and collaborating with various teams to identify and implement improvements. The manager will also champion new ways of working and leverage methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma to enhance efficiency.
