  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive compensation experience, including compensation analysis and administration of compensation programs
  • Experience supporting compensation programs across multiple countries or geographic markets
  • Demonstrated experience with job evaluation, market pricing, salary structures, job architecture, promotions, and market adjustments
  • Experience supporting or managing annual or semiannual compensation review cycles
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret large and complex data sets and translate findings into meaningful recommendations

  • Experience supporting compensation programs and employees in India, including familiarity with Indian compensation market practices, benchmarking, salary structures, and reward programs

  • Experience using compensation platforms and market pricing tools such as Kamsa, Pave, Salary.com, PayScale, or similar compensation technology
  • Direct experience administering and maintaining Kamsa, including job architecture, benchmarking, and data refresh processes
  • Experience supporting or administering sales commission and incentive compensation programs
