Medior Program Agilist - part-time

As a part-time Medior Program Agilist, you will support teams in applying Agile principles and the Y Soft Way of Working to enhance their productivity and ownership. Your responsibilities include facilitating team ceremonies, clarifying goals, and helping teams address challenges while adapting their approach based on the work context. You will work approximately 20 hours per week, focusing on fostering a self-organizing team environment.
