Corporate Counsel

As Corporate Counsel at Yoodli, you will be the first dedicated legal hire, responsible for managing the commercial legal function, including reviewing and negotiating contracts. You will collaborate closely with various departments, providing actionable legal guidance while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. The role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to streamline legal processes, all while reporting directly to the CFO.
