  • Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of hands-on accounting or bookkeeping experience or experience as a data or quality assurance analyst in finance data
  • Experience with accounting processes such as transaction categorization, invoice processing, expense review, account reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general ledger entries
  • Hands-on experience using at least one mainstream ERP, accounting, or expense management system such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks Online (QBO), Ramp, Xero, or a similar system
  • Familiarity with accounting standards and the ability to distinguish the company’s accounting categories
  • Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
Nice to have
  • Basic data analysis skills and familiarity with Excel, SQL, or Python
  • Experience managing multiple processes in parallel
