What the job really is

As a Staff Engineer for AI & Search at Yieldmo, you will design, build, and operate core components of an AI-driven search engine, focusing on retrieval, ranking, indexing, and ML infrastructure. The role requires hands-on coding and collaboration with product and engineering teams to integrate advanced technologies. You will also mentor peers and contribute to the technical direction of the search platform.
