What the job really is

As a Publisher Operations Analyst at Yext, you will investigate and resolve technical issues across a network of over 200 publishers, working closely with both internal and external stakeholders. Your role will involve mastering publisher concepts, managing escalation paths, and advocating for clients while ensuring operational health and adherence to service level agreements. You will also utilize technical tools like SQL and Snowflake to audit client accounts and drive product improvements through collaboration with engineering and product teams.
