What the job really is

As a Junior Credit Risk Analyst at XP Inc., you will be part of the Credit Risk Policies and Governance team, working across various areas of the institution. Your responsibilities include ensuring the accuracy and governance of key credit risk indicators, supporting the preparation of materials for executive committees, and actively contributing to the management and formulation of credit risk policies to ensure regulatory compliance and strategic insight for senior leadership.
