Staff Software Engineer

As a Staff Software Engineer at Xometry, you will lead the architectural evolution of the company's core application services, focusing on integrating AI capabilities into partner ecosystems. Your responsibilities will include designing high-performance solutions, mentoring engineers on AI-assisted development practices, and ensuring data security and governance. You will also facilitate communication across teams and guide strategic technical decisions to enhance the partnership's offerings.

• Estimated base salary range of $170,000 – $195,000 annually + annual bonus
