Staff Software Engineer

As a Staff Software Engineer at Xometry, you will lead the architectural evolution of the company's core application services, focusing on integrating AI capabilities into partner environments. Your role involves designing high-performance solutions, mentoring engineers on AI-assisted development, and ensuring compliance with security standards. You will also facilitate technical discussions across the organization and drive strategic initiatives to enhance product offerings.

• Estimated base salary range of $170,000 – $195,000 annually + annual bonus
