What the job really is

As a UX Designer at Xebia, you will lead the Discovery phase of projects, facilitating workshops and collaborating with various stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include designing user journeys, creating prototypes, and utilizing UX metrics to inform design decisions, all while working within a complex Design System and advocating for your design solutions.
