What they actually want (must-haves)
  • 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, cloud networking, and platform engineering with demonstrable Azure delivery at scale
  • Experience applying the Azure Well-Architected Framework across Security, Reliability, Cost Optimization, Operational Excellence, and Performance Efficiency
  • Deep hands-on experience with Terraform, including module design and state management
  • Strong hands-on experience with Azure networking and security, including connectivity, segmentation, hybrid infrastructure, identity, governance, and security controls
  • Experience designing and managing infrastructure CI/CD and GitOps processes, with strong scripting and automation skills in Python or PowerShell
  • Deep experience with Azure observability, including monitoring, logging, application insights, and alerting

What the job really is

As a Senior Azure Platform Engineer at Xebia, you will design, implement, and operate secure and scalable Azure platform capabilities.
