Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Sign-On Bonus

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will deliver one-on-one ABA sessions to children with autism and other developmental challenges, ensuring their safety and responding to behaviors that may pose risks. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, track session data, and celebrate progress with families, all while maintaining a physically active and engaging presence during therapy sessions.

• $20–$24/hour based on experience and certification
• $500 sign-on bonus for all new RBT hires
• Up to $9,000 in tuition assistance
• 30 guaranteed hours/week
