Behavior Technician (BT)

As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) sessions to children with autism and other developmental challenges. Your responsibilities include maintaining supervision of clients, implementing behavior intervention techniques, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and tracking session data. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to respond quickly to client behaviors, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for the children.

• $20–$24/hour based on experience and certification
• $15.16/hour during training period, with RBT exam and certification costs covered
• Up to $9,000 in tuition assistance
• 30 guaranteed hours/week once certified

• No weekends unless desired, no late nights, but required availability is Monday–Thursday, 8am–5pm, Friday 8am–4pm
• Physical demands include lifting and assisting clients or equipment up to 50 lbs
