Behavior Technician (BT)

As a Behavior Technician at Woven Care, you will deliver one-on-one ABA sessions to children with autism and other developmental challenges, ensuring their safety and implementing behavior intervention techniques. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and track progress while maintaining a high level of engagement throughout each session. The role requires physical stamina and offers opportunities for professional growth and certification support.

• $20–$24/hour based on experience and certification
• $15.16/hour during training period, with RBT exam and certification costs covered
• Up to $9,000 in tuition assistance
• 30 guaranteed hours/week once certified
