• $250 CEU reimbursement, increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure

• Salary ($83,000–$88,000) or pay-per-billed-visit ($70-$72/hour, $90/eval)
• Performance-based monthly bonus up to $9,000 in annual performance incentives
• Sign-on bonus up to $7,000
