As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) at Woven Care, you will focus on providing one-on-one therapy sessions with clients, fostering strong relationships with both clients and caregivers. • Hourly compensation options ($33-36) or pay-per-billed-visit ($42–$54/hour)
• Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually
• 2% bilingual increase

• $250 CEU reimbursement, increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure
• Full funding for specialty certifications, including PTO, travel, and lodging
