Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Experienced Clinician

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Woven Care, you will design and guide ABA programs, conduct assessments, supervise and mentor RBT teams, and lead parent training sessions. The role emphasizes collaboration with OT, PT, and SLP colleagues, ensuring manageable caseloads and flexibility in documentation. You will work with a caseload of up to 10 clients and have the option to handle notes and indirect tasks from home once job responsibilities are met.

• Salary ($90,000–$100,000/year)
• Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually
• 2% bilingual increase
• Four- or five-day work weeks

• $250 CEU reimbursement, increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure
