What the job really is

As the Senior Director of Brand Strategy at WorldStrides, you will lead the repositioning of the company's master brand, focusing on consolidating sub-brands and developing a cohesive storytelling architecture. Your role involves creating brand guidelines, overseeing organic content strategy, and ensuring alignment between brand narrative and commercial strategy. You will also manage cross-functional teams and external partnerships to enhance brand presence and awareness.
