What the job really is

The HR Product Engineer at WorldStrides is responsible for identifying high-impact problems within the HR function and developing AI-assisted solutions. This role involves collaborating with HR stakeholders to understand their needs, designing and building prototypes, and ensuring successful deployment in partnership with IT. The engineer will also focus on continuous improvement and adoption of new tools within the HR landscape.
