  • Exposure to Quota/Compensation Planning, Commission Execution, Sales Territories, Deal Desk, Lead Routing, Renewal Operations, Funnel Reporting (hands-on experience in at least 2 of these areas)
  • Use of Claude Code (or similar AI coding assistant) as a daily driver
  • Proven experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and writing code (SQL/Python)
  • Exceptional writing and organizational skills with a passion for documentation and knowledge management
  • Ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-paced environment and build processes from the ground up
What the job really is

As a Revenue Operations Manager at Workstream, you will play a key role in enhancing the company's Go-To-Market strategy by optimizing revenue processes and driving data-driven decision-making. Your responsibilities will include managing cross-functional initiatives, building dashboards, and developing internal tools to support GTM teams. You will also champion an AI-first approach to improve productivity and streamline operations across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
