Experience negotiating and drafting bilingual (English/Mandarin) commercial agreements, including licensing, distribution, and non-disclosure agreements

The Sr. Legal Counsel at Workato will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including cloud services and licensing agreements. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders on legal matters, conducting legal research, and advising on issues related to business activities, all while supporting the company's growth. Partial telecommuting is permitted for this position.

Benefits

Salary: $180,000.00-240,000.00 per annum
40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Partial telecommuting permitted from a commutable distance
