What they actually want (must-haves)
  • 6+ years of hands-on Workday functional, business-systems, or HRIS experience in a complex production environment
  • Deep, practical experience supporting US Payroll in Workday
  • Strong experience administering Workday Benefits, including eligibility, enrollment, life events, deductions, and related operational processes
  • Demonstrated Workday security expertise, including security groups, domain permissions, business-process security, and access troubleshooting
  • Experience configuring and supporting Workday business processes, approval routing, condition rules, notifications, reports, calculated fields, and integrations

  • Experience with EIBs, RaaS, calculated fields, APIs, and Workday integration troubleshooting
  • Experience leading an end-to-end Workday implementation or major functional rollout
  • Familiarity with ADP timekeeping or payroll-adjacent integrations
