As a Support Associate at Wolt, you will be part of the Live Operations team, providing exceptional support to customers, couriers, and restaurants through live chats and phone calls. Your role involves proactive problem-solving, monitoring order volumes, and ensuring smooth delivery operations in collaboration with the Operations team. This position requires shift work, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, as Wolt operates seven days a week.

• Attractive salary starting from €28,826 p.a. for full-time (40 hrs/week)
