  • Advanced skills in process mapping and diagramming using tools like Bizagi, Lucidchart, or Visio

  • Proven ability to build business cases, calculate ROI, and evaluate P&L impact for technical and operational feature rollouts

  • Practical experience facilitating Design Thinking workshops to discover user needs and map customer/operator journeys
