Vice President, Debt Originations, CRE Capital Markets

The Vice President of Debt Originations will lead the Capital Advisory practice at WelcomeLend, focusing on debt origination and structured finance in commercial real estate. This role involves managing client relationships throughout the transaction process, from initial discussions to closing, while structuring deals and sourcing appropriate lenders. The candidate will also utilize technology and data tools to streamline the deal process and ensure high-volume execution.

• Commission based compensation with no base salary
• Fixed percent of net revenue collected on every funded deal
