What the job really is

The Maintenance Technician - Make Ready position involves preparing vacant apartments for new residents, assisting with maintenance work orders, and maintaining the overall appearance of the property, including grounds and amenities. The role requires collaboration with the maintenance team and participation in an on-call schedule. This is a hands-on position suited for individuals who enjoy problem-solving and working in a team environment.
